“浮游—韩国张伯淳装置艺术展”

长江云报道 由武汉美术馆主办的“浮游——韩国张伯淳装置艺术展”将于2018年4月15日—2018年5月13日在武汉美术馆3号厅展出,届时观众可以免费观展。

张伯淳(韩国),1993年毕业于弘益大学雕塑系,1999年毕业于韩南大学大学院。历任韩国教员大学、清州教育大学、忠北大学、忠南大学外部教授。同时,他也是吉林艺术学院客座教授、中国环境管理干部学院客座教授。

此次展览集中呈现张伯淳的两个系列作品共30件。一个是以大理石为视觉媒介的《梦想的鸟儿系列》,其作品融入了对生命的讴歌和对生命价值的有力诠释。再一个则是他近年来以“麻”为物质媒介转换的《物系列》,在视觉上将所表达的物象在重量和质量进了双向转换。其作品在展示呈现上出现一种“漂浮”的感觉,如同海底的沉物,在深海洋流的作用下,表面还生长着的各种海生物沉浮不定于海底世界,仿佛让人想起一种时代文明沉降于深海之中,一点一点地正在被人遗忘。“麻”这个材质用于雕塑创作,很有创新意味,巧在既轻又有飘逸感。东方审美非常重“意”。意能在审美作用下而“迁想妙得”,显然,因这个意味在作品的视觉中而产生观看的联想空间,就在这一点上就区别于西方的审美经验和习惯。不难看出,张伯淳的作品本身溢出了雕塑本体语言创作的评价范畴,由雕塑走向装置,对于他来说,雕塑语言与装置手法双向过渡,同时又并不止于视觉上的愉悦感,反而更多的是一种思辨式的哲学追问。

自2008年开馆以来,武汉美术馆就一直注重推动与国际之间的交流与合作,我馆除了致力于将中国本土优秀的艺术作品推介出去的同时,既要引进国外优秀的展览项目,如目前仍在我馆展出的“从莫奈到苏拉热——西方现代绘画之路”展览,也要在本馆自主策划具有国际视野的国外优秀艺术家创作个案,如本次张伯淳先生的个展。由此表明,举办国际展是武汉美术馆多年以来的办馆特色之一。

今年是武汉与清州缔结为友好城市的第十八个年头,其间两座城市在文化、艺术、经济、教育、科技、旅游等多个领域合作交流频繁,均取得了丰硕的成果。张伯淳先生不仅是韩国当代艺术符号的代表,也成为韩国清州文化发展的参与者与记录者。基于此,我馆自主策划的张伯淳先生的个展,无疑也搭建起武汉与清州两座城市友好的桥梁。

Zhang Bochun (Korea) graduated from the Department of sculpture in Hongyi University in 1993 and graduated from Hannan University in 1999. He has been an external professor at South Korea's faculty University, Qingzhou Education University, Chung Bei University and Chung Nan University. At the same time, he is also a visiting professor of Jilin College of The Arts and a visiting professor of China Academy of environmental management.

The exhibition focused on two pieces of Zhang Bochun's 30 works. One is the dream bird series with marble as its visual medium. Its work integrates the eulogize of life and the powerful interpretation of the value of life. Another is the "series of things", which he has used as the material medium in recent years, in which the objects are visually expressed in both weight and quality. His works have a feeling of "floating" on display, like the sinking of the seabed. Under the action of deep ocean currents, the various sea creatures that grow on the surface are not fixed to the sea world, as if to remind people of an era of civilization settling into the deep sea and being forgotten by a little bit by bit. The material "Ma" is used for sculpture creation, which is innovative and ingenious in light and elegant sense. The aesthetic of the East is very "meaning". It is distinct from the aesthetic experience and habits of the West that the meaning of the idea can be "moved to the best" under the aesthetic effect. It is not difficult to see that Zhang Bochun's work itself spilt the evaluation category of the language creation of the sculpture noumenon, from the sculpture to the device. For him, the sculpture language and the device technique are two way transition, at the same time, more than the visual pleasure, but more a speculative philosophical inquiry.

This year is the eighteenth year of a friendly city between Wuhan and Qingzhou. In the meantime, two cities have achieved fruitful results in many fields, such as culture, art, economy, education, science and technology, tourism and other fields. Mr. Zhang Bochun is not only a representative of contemporary Korean art symbols, but also a participant and recorder of the development of Korean culture. Based on this, the solo exhibition of Mr. Zhang Bochun, which was independently planned by our library, undoubtedly set up a friendly bridge between Wuhan and Qingzhou two cities.
